  • If applicable, third-party opposition to the trademark registration during the opposition period (two or three months, depending on where the trademark is filed).

      • INPI or EUIPO suggestions are not specific enough. Choosing more precise products and services is highly recommended,
    • Monitoring of the procedure (deadlines, office replies…),
    • Response in opposition proceedings (if a prior trademarks search has been ordered).

Trademark registration fees are required by INPI and EUIPO :

  • INPI : 190 euros for one class, 40 euros per extra class and 60 euros to cover French Polynesia.
  • EUIPO : 850 euros for one class, 50 euros for the second class, et 150 euros per additional class.

Our fee for trademark filings is 600 euros per trademark, pre-tax, and includes all the services mentioned on that page, with the exception of prior trademarks search.

Prior Trademarks Search

Our fee for prior trademarks searches is 600 euros per search, pre-tax.

Combined Services

Both services can be combined for 1000 euros pre-tax (trademark filing fees excluded).
